Officer / Executive - Production

Purpose: To execute and monitor production processes as per defined SOPs, in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out batch manufacturing operations as per SOPs and production plan.
• Operate reactors, mixers, filtration units, dryers, distillation columns, and other process equipment. Monitor reaction parameters and adjust as required.
• Maintain accurate and complete production records and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve yields, cycle time, process consistency, and energy efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to EHS guidelines, PPE usage, and chemical handling protocols.
• Report deviations, near misses, or hazardous conditions. Participate in HAZOP, risk assessments, and safety audits.

Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry or Diploma (Chemical)

Nature of Experience:

• 3 to 6 years experience in Batch and Continuous plant operations working in Agrochemicals / Specialty Chemicals / Fine Chemicals Manufacturing.
