Job Responsibilities:

1. Identifying unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and taking corrective actions through inspection.

2. Conducting safety induction trainings' to new employees and contract employees.

3. Monitoring work permit system in a safe guidance way to have safe work culture.

4. Conducting plant safety inspections and updating in daily report.

5. Preparation of standard operating procedures (SOPS).

6. Preparing and maintaining the PCB related documents and safety related documents.

7. Conducting Work Place Safety training to employees and contract workers as per the prepared schedule.

8. Conducting the Job Safety Analysis(JSA) whenever a new/non-routine job is to be done inside the Plant.

9. Maintain minimum stock of personal protective equipment & procurement of all necessary PPE.

10. Monitoring and maintain health condition of emergency equipment.

11. Coordinating for Mock drills in regular intervals to have awareness of emergency evacuation.

12. Operating and maintenance of Fire hydrant system and keeping the hydrant system in a healthy condition.

13. Monitoring of STP, ETP and crushing machine and maintaining them in a good condition.

14. Responsible to follow safety, Data integrity policies and code of ethics at the work.

15. Monitoring to Fire alarm and Public addressing System.
