• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
• Proactively identify growth opportunities and cross-sell relevant products and services to expand the customer base
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve branch-level business targets and contribute to the overall growth of the distribution network
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless banking experience for customers
• Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to enhance the banks offerings
• Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills
