Officer / Assistant Manager/ Manager - Skill Development Projects

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced professional to support the Head of Operations in coordinating and monitoring skill development projects and government-sponsored initiatives. The candidate should have relevant experience working with NSDC, India Digital Hub, and Central/State Government skill development programmes, along with strong capabilities in stakeholder coordination, project monitoring, MIS and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Operations in managing and monitoring skill development projects and government initiatives.
• Coordinate with NSDC, State Skill Development Missions, government departments and other relevant stakeholders.
• Support project planning, implementation, progress tracking and timely completion of deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder communication and facilitate coordination between internal teams, government authorities and project partners.
• Prepare MIS reports, management presentations, project updates and other documentation.
• Monitor project milestones, performance indicators, compliance requirements and reporting timelines.
• Provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth execution of skill development programmes.

Preferred Candidate -

• 5 - 15 years of relevant experience in skill development projects, government programmes or related sectors.
• Prior experience working with NSDC, India Digital Hub, or Central/State Government skill development initiatives is preferred.
• Good understanding of government-sponsored skill development programmes and project implementation processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, coordination, communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MIS, documentation and preparation of management reports.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
