Officer - Assistant Manager (Facility Management)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office administration and facility operations.
• Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of office infrastructure, utilities, and workplace services.
• Coordinate housekeeping, security, transportation, cafeteria, and other support services.
• Manage vendors, service providers, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), and contractor performance.
• Monitor facility-related service requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain records of office assets, furniture, equipment, and inventory.
• Coordinate procurement and replenishment of office supplies and facility consumables.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and statutory requirements.
• Support emergency preparedness activities, safety audits, and fire drills.
• Coordinate office space planning, seating arrangements, and employee relocation activities.
• Review facility-related invoices, maintain documentation, and support budget tracking.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless facility operations.
• Support administration of meetings, events, and visitor management activities.
