Officer - Analytics

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Officer - Data Support who will play a critical role in supporting the regulatory reporting and related daily operational deliverables. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in MIS/Reporting, excellent analytical abilities, and the capability to handle daily issue resolution while guiding analysts with best practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end reporting processes, including data extraction, transformation, and presentation.
• Ensure overnight MIS jobs, and dashboards run successfully; troubleshoot failures in SQL/Python.
• Interact with audit, compliance, regulatory, operations teams to clarify requests.
• Effective management of business-critical support requests during late evenings / early mornings / holidays (beyond working hours).
• Hands-on debugging when issues arise in Python scripts, SQL queries, or dashboards.
• Elder care for those who might need to extend support to senior family members.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, quant or related field but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and extracting data.
• Strong experience in Python for data processing and automation.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to fix issues related to data and reports.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with functional leads.
• Prior exposure to tech/data support in odd working hours.
• Prior experience of working in BFSI/NBFC/Lending industry is plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting and compliance is plus.
• Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau / PowerBI) is plus.

Qualifications / Experience

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience in automated reporting and MIS.

Bachelors degree information as above.
