Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable process from invoice receipt to payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth workflow.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including invoices, vouchers, and payments.
  
• Perform daily reconciliation of bank statements to ensure accuracy of financial data.
  
• Assist in preparing monthly reports on accounts payable activities.
