Officer 2, AML / KYC

Introduction

As a Client Due Diligence (CDD) Officer, you'll play a critical role in supporting client onboarding and ongoing monitoring activities across private wealth, corporate, and fund structures. You'll ensure accurate collection, review, and maintenance of CDD and KYC documentation while adhering to AML/CFT requirements. You'll work closely with client service, compliance, and operational teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience and maintain regulatory compliance. You'll contribute to risk assessments, sanctions screening, and operational efficiencies while ensuring data integrity across core systems. You'll also help drive process improvements and support a strong risk and compliance culture.

What You'll Do

• You'll support client and investor onboarding activities by preparing CDD requirements, onboarding trackers, meeting documentation, risk assessments, and onboarding memos.
• You'll conduct KYC, CDD, enhanced due diligence reviews, sanctions screening, PEP identification, adverse media checks, and source of wealth/source of funds assessments.
• You'll maintain accurate onboarding and monitoring records, update client databases and repositories, and ensure the integrity of client information across systems.
• You'll identify, escalate, and support the resolution of compliance, AML/CFT, and onboarding issues while ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• You'll collaborate with client service, compliance, and operational teams to improve processes, support operational efficiency, and deliver high-quality client service.
