Role Description The Office & Tender Executive Civil Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and submitting tender documents for road, bridge, and water supply projects, including quantity estimates, cost analysis, and technical documentation. Responsibilities include coordinating with government departments, consultants, and internal project teams, maintaining tender and contract records, and tracking deadlines and bid status. The executive will manage office administration tasks related to project documentation, billing support, and basic accounting entries, while ensuring accurate data entry and organized files. Day-to-day work also includes handling inquiries, supporting customer and stakeholder communication, and providing regular reports to management on ongoing tenders and office operations.

Qualifications

• Must be actively involved in tendering works of road and bridges. ( profile must be tendering/bidding).
• Must have experience of at least 2 Years in tendering/Bidding in Contracting firm and bidding for all types of road, bridges and infrastructure works.
• Must have calculated and bid at least One EPC/Lumpsum project in his/her carrier.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interacting with government officials, clients, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage documentation, filing, scheduling, and day-to-day office operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with understanding of infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, water supply).
• Knowledge of tender processes, contract documentation, and familiarity with government e-tender portals.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications; ability to work with spreadsheets and reports.
• Prior experience in a construction or infrastructure company, particularly in tender and office coordination.
• Must have basic knowledge of various types of contracts like item rate, % rate, EPC, design build, Lump Sum, Cost plus, etc. and contractual conditions..
