Office - Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and long-term Office Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of our office operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in a manufacturing company and be capable of handling administration, accounts oversight, supply chain coordination, and cross-functional management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

- Oversee sales, purchase, and accounts activities.

- Coordinate business development initiatives and support new business opportunities.

- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and supply chain operations.

- Handle import and export documentation and related business processes.

- Coordinate bank facility-related documentation and follow-ups.

- Ensure effective communication across departments and with external stakeholders.

- Lead people management and office administration activities.

- Support implementation of new systems, processes, and business developments.

- Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with department managers to ensure seamless operations across the organization.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA (Preferred)

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is acceptable with relevant experience.
