Office Manager cum Document Controller

Responsibilities

• Implement office policies
• Implement standard and procedures
• Organize office operation and procures
• Supervise office staff
• Monitor and record of telephonic calls
• Prepare and maintain timesheets
• Control Correspondence
• Prepare and maintain supply requisitions
• Liase with other offices and client office
• Maintain and upkeep office equipment, project files and records
• Anticipate needed supplies and verify recipients of supply
• Maintain project related records including contacts and change orders
• Maintain timesheets for work related to the project.
• Any other work which has been assigned by the Associate Director Advisory Group/Director Advisory Group or any other person assigned by the management from time to time.
