Position: Medical Coding Fresher / Trainee Medical Coder

Job Responsibilities

• Review patient medical records and healthcare documentation.
• Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on physician documentation.
• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Meet productivity and quality standards established by the organization.
• Learn and apply medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and coding guidelines.
• Work closely with quality analysts and team leaders to improve coding accuracy.
