Office / Engineer - Purchase

• To collaborate with product development teams to source materials and services.
• To initiates procurement by sending inquiries and collecting quotations.
• Analyse quotations to evaluate cost differences, quality, and supplier reliability.
• To engage in negotiations for favourable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• To prepares Purchase Orders based on agreed terms and conditions.
• To do order Follow-Up: Monitors order progress and resolves issues to ensure timely delivery. payments, Alert superior / management on sticky, doubtful or bad debts, require knowledge of GST, Bank guarantees, L/Cs, etc., Preparing MIS.
