Office Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and well-organized female candidate to coordinate customer requirements, garment orders, vendors, and tailors. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a ladies wear store, ethnic wear boutique, bridal dress shop, garment showroom, or clothing-related office.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers regarding garment designs, measurements, order details, and delivery timelines.
• Track customer orders from booking to final delivery and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with tailors, designers, vendors, and other production teams for order execution.
• Follow up regularly on stitching, alterations, finishing, and pending orders.
• Update customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any changes.
• Maintain order records, customer details, measurements, and delivery tracking sheets.
• Handle customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate multiple orders simultaneously and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Experience: 14 years preferred

Qualification: Min Matric

Salary: 12K- 14K/M., Timing - 10AM-6PM
