Job Description:

We are looking for Office Boy / Office Assistant candidates to support day-to-day office and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms and common areas
• Serve tea, coffee and refreshments to employees and visitors
• Handle and organize files and documents
• Photocopying, scanning and basic office documentation
• Support day-to-day office errands
• Assist the Administration team with routine activities
• Ensure meeting rooms and office areas are maintained properly
• Support other general office activities as required

Candidate Requirements:

• 10th / Intermediate qualification
• 1- 3 years of relevant experience in Office Boy / Office Assistant / Admin Support roles
• Good manners and courteous behaviour
• Punctual, disciplined and responsible
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Should be willing to perform general office support duties
• Immediate joiners only
