Office 365 Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage Exchange Online services, including mailboxes, distribution groups, and public folders.
• Configure and maintain on-premise Exchange servers to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Troubleshoot issues related to email delivery, authentication, and account lockouts using various tools such as PowerShell scripts.
• Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues affecting multiple users.

Job Requirements :

• 5-13 years of experience in managing Microsoft Exchange environments (Exchange Server & Exchange Online).
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and other supporting technologies.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting on-premise Exchange servers using various management tools like PowerShell scripting.
