• Will be the primary owner of the Sales Target for the motor vertical at the office level Recruitment of CSOs team, for the channel in his office.
• Build relationship with channel partners and deep mine existing relationships Responsible for acquisition of new relationships (IMDs) .
• Tie-ups with various territorial autdealerships, agents, brokers and DSAs, with the Office Managers approvals .Responsible for achievement of the renewal targets at channel level .
• Monitor Channel business figures on a daily basis. Channel Relationship Management Branding of channels with marketing collaterals .Training CStrainings company / products / system / processes Channel employees on our products and processes .
• Productivity tracking of CSOs .
• Running activities and events at the point of sale .
• Regulate Channel viability (Portfoliis profitable) .
• Set standards and maintain Business Quality .
• Update the office Manager on market competition and figures on a daily basis-Competition Mapping
