Oem Sales Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented OEM Sales Engineer responsible for driving sales of dampers, actuators, and related HVAC control products. The role involves working closely with OEMs, consultants, and system integrators to promote product specifications and achieve business targets.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with OEMs in HVAC, AHU manufacturers, and panel builders
• Promote and sell dampers, actuators, and control solutions to OEM clients
• Ensure product specification in upcoming projects through consultants and design teams
• Identify new business opportunities and expand OEM network
• Provide technical support and product selection assistance to customers
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, and service) for smooth execution
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
• 38 years of experience in OEM sales of HVAC products, dampers, actuators, or BMS solutions
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, AHU components, and control devices
• Experience in dealing with OEMs, consultants, and system integrators
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of actuator brands (Belimo, Honeywell, Siemens, etc.)
• Experience in specification selling and project-based sales
• Familiarity with BMS/IBMS systems
• Strong network within HVAC OEM segment
