Primary Skill Odoo, ERP, Python 1 We are hiring for Odoo functional consultant with extensive experience in business processes, you will be implementing change request and participating in maintenance of our technical operations and infrastructure.

Skills Required

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Odoo, 3+ years in a team lead or manager role.
• Proficiency in Python programming and hands-on experience with Odoo framework, Odoo MS & Odoo MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), code review tools, and agile development methodologies.
• Should have a strong background in developing and customizing applications using Odoo .
• Experience with integration of Odoo with other systems (e.g., eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, accounting software).

Responsibilities

• Work with clients and stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas of improvement
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Odoo developers.
• Architect and design robust, scalable, and efficient Odoo solutions that meet business requirements.
• Define coding standards, best practices, and development processes for the team.
• Lead the development of custom Odoo modules and applications based on client requirements.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance, perform thorough testing of configured solutions to ensure functionality and performance
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed modules, APIs, and customizations.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and administrators
• Manage multiple Odoo implementation projects simultaneously
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Odoo and ERP solutions
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions
• Ensure best practices in functional implementation and user adoption
