Job Summary


Responsibilities

• Analyse client business processes and requirements to propose suitable Odoo solutions.
• Configure, customize, and deploy Odoo ERP modules such as Accounting, Inventory, CRM, HRMS, and Manufacturing.
• Conduct end-user training sessions and provide documentation for Odoo functionalities.
• Collaborate with the technical team for advanced customizations and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues during and after implementation.
• Provide ongoing support and ensure client satisfaction with Odoo solutions.
• Stay updated with Odoo's latest features and developments to offer innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in ERP implementation.
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules and their business applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage client expectations.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Odoo or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Middle East business environment and VAT compliance.
• Experience in managing multi-industry Odoo implementations.
