About this role
- Engage with clients/stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Business process documentation with gap fit analysis
- Configure, customize, and implement Odoo ERP modules to meet business needs.
- Provide functional support for ERP-related issues, including troubleshooting and testing.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customization, integration, and deployment.
- Conduct end-user training and prepare documentation for implemented processes.
- Map business processes to ERP functionality and suggest process improvements.
