Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and experienced

Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP modules, ensuring smooth integration with business processes and delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• • Develop, customize, and implement Odoo modules based on business requirements + Maintain and improve existing Odoo applications + Design and develop new features and functionalities in Odoo + Integrate Odoo with third-party systems (APIs, external applications) + Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs + Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions + Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability + Create technical documentation and user guides

Required Skills & Qualifications

• • Strong experience with Odoo (OpenERP) framework + Proficiency in Python programming + Knowledge of PostgreSQL database + Experience with XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS + Understanding of Odoo architecture (ORM, workflows, reports) + Experience in Odoo module development and customization + Familiarity with REST APIs and integrations + Version control experience (Git preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• • Experience with Odoo versions (Odoo/17/18/19) + Knowledge of business processes (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR) + Experience in Odoo.sh or cloud deployments + Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Soft Skills

• • Strong problem-solving skills + Good communication and teamwork abilities + Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience Required

• • 3–5+ years (adjust based on requirement)

Education

• • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
