Job Summary

Build and customize Odoo modules end-to-end as part of our delivery team. Youll own module development, customization, and bug-fixing across recent Odoo versions, with active involvement in technical architecture and code-quality decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to Odoo development projects
• new modules and customizations
• Translate scope documents into low-level requirement docs with cross-functional teams
• Solve performance, debugging, and architectural challenges in Odoo
• Reuse Odoo core features wherever possible to meet scope objectives
• Follow Git source-control workflow and secure-development best practices

Requirements

• Strong Python + programming fundamentals; full grasp of the Odoo framework and core data models
• Hands-on with current Odoo versions, version migration, and debugging
• Front-end: XML + OWL framework, view customization, widgets, wizards, JS, QWeb reports
• PostgreSQL + SQL fluency; data import via Odoo and custom Python scripts
• Git, Linux, and strong written + spoken English
