Odoo Developer

Job Summary

Senior Odoo developer who owns dedicated client projects end-to-end, leads a small dev pod, and integrates Odoo with third-party systems. You'll act as the technical face for clients on requirement gathering and support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Accounting, CRM, HR, Inventory) on v13-v19
• Build RESTful API / JSON integrations with third-party applications
• Run end-to-end Odoo migrations, deployments, and performance tuning on Linux + Git
• Lead a small dev team - code review, quality, on-time delivery
• Communicate directly with clients on requirements and technical support

Requirements

• Deep Odoo ORM, models, workflows, and business-logic customization
• XML, QWeb reports, JavaScript with the OWL framework
• Odoo security: ACLs, record rules, access rights
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and client-relationship skills
• Documentation and testing discipline
