Job Description

We are urgently hiring a qualified Obstetrician & Gynaecologist for a 30-bedded hospital in Hekera, Kamrup (Rural), Assam. Candidates with hands-on experience in Ultrasound / USG are specifically required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage obstetric and gynaecological patients
• Conduct OPD consultations and patient assessments
• Perform and interpret Ultrasound / USG examinations
• Provide antenatal and postnatal care
• Manage routine and high-risk obstetric cases as applicable
• Perform gynaecological procedures and surgeries as applicable
• Provide patient counseling and treatment planning
• Maintain clinical records and ensure patient safety
  
  

Key Skills

• Strong obstetric and gynaecological clinical skills
• Hands-on USG / Ultrasound experience
• Good diagnostic and patient management skills
• Ability to manage obstetric cases effectively
• Strong communication and patient counseling skills
• Good coordination with hospital and clinical teams
  
  

Eligibility Criteria

• MBBS + MD / MS / DNB Obstetrics & Gynaecology
• Valid NMC / State Medical Council Registration
• Experience in performing Ultrasound / USG required
• Relevant clinical experience preferred
