OASIS - Tester Champion - DBs

Job Description: Key Responsibilities Testing Strategy & Governance Define and maintain the database testing strategy for OASIS (functional, regression, performance, security, resiliency). Establish test standards, policies, entry/exit criteria , and approval gates for database change/release activities. Own the test governance model (cadence, reporting, defect triage, quality sign-off) and ensure consistent adoption across accounts. Test Planning & Execution Oversight Lead and coordinate test planning for database initiatives (patching, upgrades, platform modernization, tooling changes). Ensure test coverage includes data integrity, backup/restore validation, HA/DR failover validation, and operational readiness . Support delivery teams in defining test scenarios, datasets, and environment needs to ensure repeatable execution.
