Job Description:

We are looking for skilled OAM Engineers with strong experience in C++, telecom network management, and 4G/5G technologies. Candidates should have hands-on experience in OAM software development and testing, NETCONF protocol, and the O-RAN O1 interface.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong programming skills in C/C++, preferably C++11.
• Hands-on experience with NETCONF protocol.
• Experience with the O-RAN O1 interface.
• Good understanding of 4G/5G network architecture and network management principles.
• Experience in 4G/5G OAM product development and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, debug, test, and deploy 4G/5G OAM software systems.
• Develop and maintain OAM modules for RAN and Core networks.
• Work on O-RAN O1 interfaces, FM/PM/CM modules, and associated data models.
• Implement software solutions using Linux, multithreading, and multiprocessing.
• Work with NETCONF, YANG, SNMP, XML, JSON, YAML, and HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
• Support software integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
• Work with build environments, makefiles, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality telecom software.

Preferred Skills:

• FCAPS, Fault Management (FM), Performance Management (PM), and Configuration Management (CM).
• TTCN-3 testing.
• Python and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Docker, Kubernetes, and container technologies.
• Kafka and ASN.1.
• Experience in 4G/5G telecom and wireless network technologies.

Eligibility Criteria:

• BE/B.Tech in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 3–8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C++, NETCONF, and the O-RAN O1 interface.
• Experience in telecom, wireless, 4G, 5G, or LTE domains.
