OAM Developer

Join a team building next-generation telecom network management solutions for 4G and 5G Core Networks. As an OAM Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable Operations, Administration, and Maintenance (OAM) functionalities, enabling efficient monitoring, configuration, and management of cloud-native telecom network functions.

Your Role

You will work on the design, development, and enhancement of OAM/FCAPS solutions for telecom products, contributing to cloud-native and distributed network architectures. Working closely with architects, operators, and product teams, you will help deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performance network management capabilities.

• Looking for Engineers with 5–12 Years of Experience having good knowledge of Design and develop OAM functionalities for 4G/5G Core Network products and network functions.
• Develop and enhance OAM/FCAPS solutions for telecom and wireless network platforms.
• Implement management interfaces using Netconf, YANG, JSON, and REST APIs.
• Develop and support microservices-based applications deployed on Kubernetes and cloud-native environments.
• Collaborate with customers, operators, and internal teams to understand requirements and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Perform troubleshooting, performance optimization, and maintenance activities in Linux-based environments.
• Participate in software architecture reviews, design discussions, integration activities, and technical problem-solving.
• Ensure high-quality software delivery through coding best practices, testing, and Agile development methodologies.

Your Profile

• 5–12 years of experience in Telecom Software Development.
• Strong programming expertise in C++ and hands-on experience with Linux.
• Strong understanding of OAM Architecture, Design, and FCAPS subsystem development.
• Experience working with 4G/5G Core Networks and telecom network functions.
• Knowledge of management technologies including Netconf, YANG, JSON, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Virtualization, Containerization, and Kubernetes platforms.
• Hands-on exposure to Microservices-based application development.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience with OpenStack and cloud-native telecom solutions.
• Knowledge of ConfD.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation.
• Experience in telecom network management and orchestration platforms.
• Exposure to distributed systems performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices.
