O365 Administrator - Server Management

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and other O365 services.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and mail flow issues in Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Troubleshoot issues related to mail delivery, calendar synchronization, Teams meetings, and SharePoint access.
• Assist with mailbox migrations, hybrid configurations, and compliance policies.
• Monitor service health and coordinate with Microsoft support for critical issues.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles for recurring issues.
• Collaborate with L3 and security teams for escalations and incident response.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in Office 365 administration and support.
• Proficiency in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center.
• Knowledge of PowerShell for O365 administration.
• Familiarity with hybrid Exchange environments and Azure AD Connect.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
