Roles and Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  
• Manage order-to-cash processes, including billing, invoicing, and collections.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to orders or payments.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communicate effectively with customers regarding order status.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for order processing.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-7 years of experience in Order To Cash (OTC) process, preferably in IT Services & Consulting industry.
  
• Strong understanding of Cash Applications module in SAP FICO system.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
