Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Billing and Data Integrity Analyst to join our Centralized Billing team . In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient invoicing and maintaining data integrity related to rates and revenue captured within corporate databases . You will manage assigned centralized billing processes by establishing operational controls, researching billing discrepancies, executing accurate data conversions, and providing critical support to monthly closing cycles . You will be part of a dedicated, fast-paced team focused on continuous improvement, balancing technical system configuration with exceptional support for both internal and external stakeholders to prevent revenue loss. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Responsibility 1: Research and analyze complex billing issues, execute data entry transactions, and provide daily support to internal and external customers to ensure accurate translation of contract and billing information .
Responsibility 2: Collaborate with Information Technology (IT) Support teams and internal business partners to resolve systemic discrepancies, implement automated workflow enhancements, and support post-conversion cleanup, auditing, and remediation projects .
Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standardization objectives, division policies, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while driving the End of Month (EOM) billing close process securely without negative revenue impact to the business .
What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have: experience in centralized corporate billing, financial data auditing, or database administration .
Strong knowledge of corporate database environments (such as Oracle or Secure Base), the End of Month (EOM) financial closing cycle, and advanced Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Outlook .
Proven ability in strategic problem-solving, high-speed and accurate data input, and navigating fast-paced, shifting transactional landscapes under strict guidelines .
