Role Summary

The O2C role owns UK Order-to-Cash functional design, ensuring alignment with the global template and UK-specific business processes such as offer-based pricing, ATP, billing, returns, and weighbridge integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate UK O2C processes including pricing, ATP, billing, returns.
• Ensure weighbridge integration aligns with O2C PGI logic.
• Define UK-specific exceptions with minimal deviation from template.
• Collaborate with offshore teams for configuration and SIT/UAT support.
• Support EDI partner flows and integration testing.
• Drive business readiness, training support, and cutover preparation.
• Ensure alignment with CF global architecture and governance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1015+ years of SAP O2C experience.
• Strong understanding of pricing, ATP, billing, returns, and EDI flows.
• Experience with weighbridge or logistics execution integrations.
• Strong functional design and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UK logistics and distribution processes.
• Knowledge of TM integration.
