O&M Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily OM of Solar PV and BESS assets across CAPEX, OPEX and RESCO projects.
• Track generation, PR, CUF, availability and BESS performance; resolve gaps, breakdowns and BMS/PCS issues.
• Lead maintenance, site teams, vendors, spares, safety compliance and project handovers.
• Oversee PPA compliance, energy accounting, billing support, client coordination and performance reporting.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering preferred; Diploma holders with substantial relevant experience may apply. Solar PV/BESS certifications are an advantage. Immediate Joiners or 30 days Preferred

Preferred Skills: SCADA, PVSyst, HT/LT systems, inverters, BMS, PCS, EMS and root cause analysis.
