Job Title: Design Engineer UGNX Surfacing

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented UGNX Surfacing Engineer with experience in Automotive Product Design. The candidate should have strong expertise in Siemens NX (UGNX) Surfacing and experience in developing high-quality surfaces for automotive components. Experience in Foams will be preferred; however, candidates with Plastic Product Design experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify Class-A, Class-B, and Class-C surfaces using UGNX.
• Develop surface and solid models as per customer requirements.
• Perform surface quality checks and continuity analysis (G0, G1, G2).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for design and development activities.
• Conduct design feasibility studies and support engineering changes.
• Prepare and maintain design documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Siemens NX (UGNX).
• Expertise in NX Surfacing / Advanced Surfacing.
• Class-A Surface Development.
• Automotive Product Design.
• Plastic Component Design.
• Surface Quality & Continuity Analysis.
• GD&T and Engineering Drawing Interpretation.
• Product Development Lifecycle knowledge.
