NX/Creo CAD Administrator

Role Descriptions:

We are seeking a highly motivated NX/Creo CAD Administrator to support engineering design teams by managing CAD environments, administering engineering applications, and ensuring the smooth execution of engineering workflows. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, operational ownership, and experience in CAD configuration, customization, testing, and user support.

Key Responsibilities
•Administer and maintain Siemens NX and/or PTC Creo environments.
•Configure, customize, and support CAD applications based on business requirements.
•Support engineering workflows, standards, and best practices across product development teams.
•Coordinate engineering release activities and ensure compliance with release processes.
•Perform functional testing and validation of CAD system enhancements, upgrades, and configurations.
•Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, problems, and system issues using structured root-cause analysis methodologies.
•Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and support knowledge articles.
•Provide end-user support, training, and guidance for engineering applications.
•Participate in data migration, transformation, and system upgrade projects.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, PLM, IT, and Business stakeholders.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system stability, performance, and user experience.
