Nursing Supervisor

• Visit patients at their home or assigned location to monitor the quality of nursing care.
• Supervise nurses, caregivers, and nursing assistants at the patient location.
• Assess the patient's clinical condition and ensure the prescribed care plan is followed.
• Verify medication administration, procedures, and nursing documentation.
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medication, and home care practices.
• Ensure infection prevention and patient safety protocols are followed.
• Conduct competency assessments and provide on-site guidance to nursing staff.
• Coordinate with physicians, case managers, and the operations team regarding patient progress.
• Identify clinical issues or emergencies and ensure timely escalation and intervention.
• Monitor the availability and proper use of medical equipment and consumables at the patient's location.
• Resolve patient and family concerns to ensure high patient satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit patient visit reports, audit findings, and staff performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with Apollo Home Healthcare policies, clinical protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Support new staff during field training and provide continuous coaching to improve service quality.
• Conduct periodic quality audits and recommend corrective actions to enhance patient care outcomes.
