Role & responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations and ensure quality patient care.
• Supervise nursing staff and manage duty rosters.
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards, clinical protocols, and infection control.
• Monitor nursing audits, documentation, and patient safety.
• Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments.
• Manage staff training, performance, and manpower planning.
• Handle patient complaints and ensure smooth nursing operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing; GNM as per hospital criteria.
• 812 years of nursing experience, preferably in a multispecialty hospital.
• Experience in nursing administration and team management.
• Valid State Nursing Council registration.
• Knowledge of NABH standards, infection control, and patient safety.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
