Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
  
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for patient care, staff training, and quality improvement.
  
• Manage budgetary constraints to ensure efficient use of resources.
  
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork among staff members.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as NABH standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in nursing supervision or management role.
  
• B.Sc (Nursing) / Diploma in General Nursing And Midwifery degree required.
  
• Strong knowledge of ICU, NICU, Operation Theatre, Emergency, Pediatrics, Trauma, Orthopedics, Surgical, Gynecology specialties; familiarity with First Aid and Dressing techniques preferred.
