Job Description
We are looking for qualified nursing staff to provide professional nursing care and assist patients at their homes, ensuring comfort, safety, and quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and assistance to patients at home.
- Monitor vital signs and observe patients’ health conditions.
- Perform prescribed nursing procedures, such as injections and wound dressing, as per qualifications and applicable protocols.
- Assist with prescribed treatments and patient care needs.
- Maintain patient records and follow infection control and hygiene practices.
- Coordinate with doctors and the HomeRx team regarding patient care.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing preferred; ANM candidates may be considered for suitable roles.
- Valid nursing registration, as applicable.
- Good clinical and patient-care skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel to patients’ homes within assigned service locations.
Payment Structure
- Payment on a per-visit basis for successfully completed patient visits.
- Compensation as per mutually agreed payment terms.
Work Schedule
- Preferred availability: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Flexible scheduling based on staff availability and patient appointments.
- Part-time engagement.
