Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified nursing candidates.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with nursing colleges, healthcare institutions, and professional networks.
• Screen and evaluate candidate applications and resumes based on job requirements.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Handle offer rollouts and negotiate compensation as per company policies.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Stay updated on nursing industry trends and recruitment best practices.
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
