Nursing Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified nursing candidates.

• Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with nursing schools, healthcare institutions, and professional networks.

• Screen and evaluate candidate applications and resumes to ensure they meet the required qualifications and experience.

• Manage and negotiate job offers, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and candidate expectations.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

• Provide support in onboarding new hires and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the nursing industry and recruitment trends to enhance hiring strategies.

• Track and report on recruitment metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process.
