- MS/M.Sc. (Science) degree(MEDICAL SURGICAL NURSING) in Nursing or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- 2-4 years of experience as a nurse educator or tutor in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of medical surgical nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for effective classroom instruction and interaction with students.
