Nursing Incharge

manages day-to-day ward operations, supervises nursing staff, assigns patient duties, and ensures high standards of clinical care and safety compliance. They act as the primary link between bedside nurses, patients, doctors, and hospital managemen.

Required Candidate profile

Qualification in nursing, active state registration & 3-4 years of clinical & supervisory experience. A GNM or BSc is strongly preferred by most modern healthcare facilities for management roles.
