Nurse

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and skilled Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support doctors and other healthcare professionals in the day-to-day clinical activities. The candidate will be responsible for patient monitoring, medication administration, maintaining clinical records, assisting in procedures, and ensuring proper patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients as per medical instructions and established protocols.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall health condition.
• Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, procedures, and minor surgeries.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records and nursing documentation.
• Ensure proper infection control, hygiene, and sterilization practices.
• Monitor patients before and after procedures and immediately report any abnormalities to the concerned doctor.
• Handle medical equipment and ensure proper availability and functioning.
• Maintain adequate stock of medicines, consumables, and emergency supplies.
• Educate patients and attendants regarding medication, procedures, precautions, and follow-up care.
• Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and provide first aid when required.
• Coordinate with doctors, clinic coordinators, reception, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the nursing station and clinical areas.
• Participate in shift duties, handovers, and other assigned clinical responsibilities.
