Nurse Educator

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct induction and clinical training programs for nursing staff.
• Develop and implement nursing education and training modules.
• Conduct skill assessments and competency evaluations.
• Identify training needs and plan appropriate educational programs.
• Monitor compliance with clinical protocols, policies, and nursing standards.
• Coordinate BLS, infection control, patient safety, and other clinical training.
• Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and competency documentation.
• Support continuous professional development of nursing staff.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant clinical/nursing experience, preferably with teaching or training experience.
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.
• Good presentation and training skills.
• Hospital experience preferred.
