 Position: VP - Sales Business Development
 Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic professional with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, along with a proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic client engagement and consultative, solution-driven selling. The role requires working as an individual contributor, along with leading/mentoring a team to set and achieve business targets.

 Key Responsibilities:
 Own end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation to closure & collections)
 Drive new BFSI client acquisition (Banks, NBFCs, FinTech, Insurance)
 Build/bring and manage CXO-level relationships & key accounts
 Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
 Collaborate with internal teams for quality and effective delivery
 Work as Individual Contributor and lead the Team to achieve the set the targets

 Key Requirements & Expertise:
 Strong experience in IT Sales / Business Development (BFSI domain)
 To generate revenue through acquisition of different revenue models in IT/BFSI domain

Experience in IT Staff Augmentation, Resource Deployment & Bench Management
 Proven track record in selling IT Consulting, Bespoke Projects & Technology Solutions
 Ability to sell customized, scalable, and business-driven solutions

 Stakeholder Management:
 Strong connects within the BFSI ecosystem
 Ability to engage with CXO / C-Level (CEO, CTO, CIO), Directors, VP/AVP, Delivery Managers & Business Heads

 Solution Expertise:
 FI Suite – LOS / LMS, Dedupe, Scoring, DMS
 API Management, Mobility Solutions, Open Source
 Document Management Systems, BI & Reporting Tools
 Data Management & Analytics, Collateral Management Systems
