NUCSOFT is hiring Sales & BD talent – Open To a New opportunity?

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development across Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs and Insurance companies.
• Identify and convert opportunities through IT Consulting, Staff Augmentation, Managed Services and Technology Solution Sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and key BFSI decision-makers.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and client engagement through negotiation and closure.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across existing and new accounts.
• Understand client requirements and work with Technology and Delivery teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Build and expand the BFSI client network and develop long-term enterprise relationships.
• Lead/mentor the sales team and contribute to business growth for senior-level positions.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in IT/BFSI Sales and Business Development.
• Strong exposure to IT Consulting, Staff Augmentation, Managed Services and Technology Solution Sales.
• Experience in selling Bespoke Projects and Enterprise Technology Solutions.
• Strong network and relationships within the BFSI ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to engage with CXOs, Business Heads, Directors, VPs and other senior decision-makers.
• Proven ability to generate new business, manage key accounts and drive revenue.
• Team handling or mentoring experience will be an added advantage for Lead/VP positions.
