Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source candidates for IT roles through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer coordination and onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.

Job Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition.
• Good understanding of IT hiring processes and recruitment practices.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work independently.

Commitment: Candidates should be willing to commit to a minimum tenure of 2 years with NUCSOFT Ltd.
