Role Description The NSO Executive is a full-time on-site role based in Noida, responsible for supporting new store operations and ensuring smooth store launch activities. This role includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, assisting in store setup, tracking inventory readiness, and supporting merchandising and promotional execution during openings. The NSO Executive will help implement operational processes, monitor compliance with company standards, and prepare basic reports on store performance during the opening phase. The position also involves communicating with internal stakeholders, addressing operational issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of new store rollout practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate operational tasks, manage timelines, and support store setup activities.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, including basic reporting and data tracking.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional internal teams.
• Attention to detail and a focus on process compliance and standard operating procedures.
• Comfort with using basic office software and digital tools for planning, communication, and reporting.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, adapt to a dynamic retail environment, and support extended hours during store openings when needed.
• Prior experience in retail operations, new store openings, or related fields is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related discipline preferred.
