About this role
- Organize that the project specific mass production capability will be created and verified in plant level early enough before the ramp-up.
- Preparation of Project plan for New Projects / Products.
- Deriving the Process flow for the new project
- Analyzing the risk involved in the project and acting on it
- Completing the milestone reviews as scheduled.
- Bringing down the project liabilities in the Ramp down phase
- Costing Model creation, update, monitoring, analyzing and maintaining cost within Price Margins
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them throughout project life cycle
- Plan, Schedule and Track Project Timelines, Milestones & Deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Continuous interaction with ODM representatives and key point of contact for Customer escalations.
- Monitoring & ensuring that agreed program deliverables are met through technical expertise & continuous
- Kind of role and business the candidate has dealt with :- NPI/CFT/Product/Design team
